CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The last 5% of the project can be the most emotionally and financially challenging time for all project stakeholders, which can end up being more than 5% of a project’s time, budget, and patience. Out of necessity for our clients, we provide a transition to occupancy/project completion services to assist in this process by providing structure, leadership, support, and consultation to project teams, as well as acting as a liaison to the building and fire departments. We provide this service to developers, contractors, and municipal owners to operate with the sole purpose of finishing a project strong, on time, and within budget.

We succeed in this capacity with four key factors:

  • We show up with an informed leadership presence bringing reputable backgrounds as experienced architects/engineers, construction personnel, and former fire officials
  • We challenge and hold others accountable, but with understanding and support as team members
  • We hold ourselves and our clients responsible for the obligations and best interests of the project and its life safety objectives
  • We put the fire department and emergency responders first – we are smart enough to know that “it’s the fire department that fights fire”, and our responsibility is to be ready for inspections and work with the fire department as partners
